I have seen this leaflet available from www.crossstitchers.com and eBay.  However, I don't know where to find the "large Hickory Mountain Frames' house frame no 851" that is mentioned on the instruction sheet above.

    Ii bought this one on Ebay and the frame was included. This one is small....the frame is only 8" long by 6" tall.
